JPS Pass Admission Ticket

• The JPS Pass for JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG provides two hours (120 minutes) of access to a variety of sports experiences for specified sessions. 

• All visitors entering JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG must hold a valid ticket. Each ticket is valid for single entry only and is non-transferable once admission has been granted. For an enhanced experience, guests are advised to arrive 20 minutes prior to their scheduled session to register and collect wristbands at the ticketing office. 

• Children aged 4 below may enter free of charge when accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above holding a valid ticket. Please note that certain facilities are not suitable for children aged 4 below, and some facilities are subject to height restrictions.  

• Children aged 12 below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above when using these facilities, and the accompanying adult must hold a valid ticket. Each paying adult may accompany a maximum of five children aged 12 or below. 

• Guests aged 12–17 may enter the park without an accompanying adult but are not permitted to supervise any guest aged 17 or below. Valid identification must be presented upon request by staff. 

• For safety, grip socks are mandatory for certain facilities, including Ninja Mission: Break In and SONIC Stadium Kidz. JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG staffs reserve the right to determine whether grip socks are appropriate. Designated grip socks are available for purchase on-site (HKD $30 per pair)

• Some facilities may be suspended or temporarily closed without prior notice due to maintenance, operational needs, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. No refunds (partial or full) will be provided by JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG in such cases.  

• JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG will suspend operations without prior notice if a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in effect.

• Ticket prices and session times are subject to change without prior notice. The JPS Pass Admission Ticket is only valid on the specific date printed on the ticket. All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled once sold.

• As a condition for entering the park and participating in its services and/or activities, you, on behalf of yourself and/or your spouse, minor children, wards (if applicable), and all accompanying persons, confirm that by purchasing a ticket or entering the park, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Park Rules and Regulations, as well as the Waiver.
